By accessing or using ScentPersona™ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users, including free users and premium subscribers.

ScentPersona™ provides AI-powered fragrance recommendations for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any content or recommendations generated by the App.

Fragrance recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as suggestions only. ScentPersona™ makes no guarantee that any recommended fragrance will be available, accurately described, or suitable for your specific needs.

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

ScentPersona™ offers the following subscription tiers:

• SP SELECT — $49/month — Full AI-powered recommendations, wardrobe builder, price tracking, journal, analytics dashboard, and more. Auto-renews monthly.
• SP ONYX — $99/month — Everything in SP SELECT, plus advanced scent profiling, layering guides, unlimited favorites, Scent Vault, acquisition tracker, and priority concierge support. Auto-renews monthly.
• SP PRIVÉ — By Application — An invitation-only white-glove tier with a dedicated personal advisor, niche & rare bottle sourcing, bespoke wardrobe curation, lifestyle and travel scent integration, and more. Pricing is agreed upon individually.

Subscription features are described in full on the Pricing page and may evolve over time. You will be notified of any material changes before they take effect.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize ScentPersona™ to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will not receive a separate renewal notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
• After the period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing premium features you paid for, please contact support and we will work to resolve it promptly.

All content, branding, and technology within ScentPersona™ — including the name, logo, AI models, and recommendation systems — are the exclusive intellectual property of ScentPersona™ and its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from using fragrance recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScentPersona™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with fragrance purchases made based on recommendations.

We take your privacy seriously. This section describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect: We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), your fragrance preferences and selections within the App, and usage data to improve the service.

How We Use Your Information: Your data is used to personalize fragrance recommendations, maintain your account, process payments, and improve App functionality. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage: Your preference data and fragrance collection are stored securely. Some preference data (such as saved profiles) is stored locally on your device.

Third-Party Services: We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

Push Notifications: If you opt in to push notifications, we store your subscription endpoint to deliver fragrance tips and alerts. You may opt out at any time through your device settings.

Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Account deletion will remove all associated data from our servers.

Cookies: The App may use local storage and session data to remember your preferences. No tracking cookies are used for advertising purposes.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
